# WebToSpark terms of use

## Preview and permitted use

WebToSpark 1.2.0 is a developer preview by YoWaye. Use it to export material you are authorized to access and process. Running the extension does not grant permission from a website, bypass its terms or give you rights to republish its content.

You are responsible for your use, including third-party terms, copyright and privacy obligations. Local processing does not remove those obligations or guarantee freedom from account restrictions.

## Source and output rights

The extension source is licensed under MIT. Consult the included license for its permissions and conditions. The software license does not transfer ownership of third-party page content. Check the rights associated with exported text, comments and media URLs before redistributing them.

## What output can and cannot establish

Exports reflect loaded DOM content and can be partial, stale or affected by site changes. Media links can expire. Review important output against its source. History records a completed save location, not continued file existence. Keep independent backups and inspect uncertain saves before retrying.

## Free, Pro and billing status

Free currently provides 50 source pages per UTC calendar month per browser installation and five tabs per job. Pro local exports have no monthly page limit and add directory targets and research packets. The allowance is local and resettable, not account-wide billing.

USD 4.99 monthly and USD 29.99 yearly are planned prices. Checkout and accounts are not connected; this website does not take payment or start a subscription. Lifetime sales are deferred. No refund policy for a nonexistent sale is offered here.

## Availability and changes

Browser behavior, website markup and preview features can change. Manual checks remain necessary for real directory permissions, Native Host connections and live pages. The experimental Research Agent is off by default and deferred as a finished product. Neither the preview nor the MIT license promises perpetual maintenance, support or uninterrupted compatibility.
