Count source pages, not files
A source webpage is one unit, including a feed or listing page. Combining five source pages into one file uses up to five units. A URL is counted at most once in a month; a new substantive version saved in a later month can use that month’s unit. Changing inclusion settings alone is not new source content.
| Action | Additional units |
|---|---|
| Preview or automatic parsing | 0 |
| Failed save or skipped duplicate | 0 |
| Add JSON to an already saved Markdown source | 0 |
| Save an unchanged historical copy | 0 |
| Save a new source page successfully | 1 |
Batch checks happen before saving
The selected batch must fit the available allowance before files are written. The extension does not silently trim a batch to fit. Select fewer new pages if necessary. Free also allows at most five tabs per job; Pro local exports have no monthly page or batch-tab limit.
Reset and pending saves
Unused allowance does not roll over. The calendar resets at the start of a UTC month; the interface displays that time in your local timezone. Pending writes reserve allowance, while only confirmed successful formats enter saved history. Check the files before explicitly releasing an unknown result’s reservation.
A local counter, not an account subscription
This allowance belongs to the browser installation. Clearing extension data or reinstalling can reset it; changing the device clock can affect periods. It is not account-wide enforcement. No quota data is uploaded. Paid checkout and account services are not connected.
